Vendor Sign up and Volunteer for the Community of Castaic

 

If you are interested in signing up as a vendor or volunteering the day of the run and festival, please fill out the form below, and we will contact you with details, thank you.

 

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor during our Annual Run/Festival Event. 

 

Our event will begin with the 5K Run and Festival at 8:00 am until Noon. As attendants arrive early we are asking that booth items be dropped off by 6:30 am, set-up by 7:30 or after 10:00 am as runners finish up to 9:00.  Vendors will be emailed a packet with their space number and map one week before the event. If there are any questions, please contact Brad Lanfranco at castaictowncouncil@gmail.com.

 

Please note to be fair to all vendor applicants we are doing a first come, first serve basis for those representing the same business. You can be in the same industry but not the same company. 

 

Vendor booth fee:

• $75 per vendor booth

• $50 for nonprofit vendor booth
