Castaic Area Town Council election results for
the open seats in each Region for the 4 year term
of 2025 - 2029.
Region 1 - James Stephens - 47 votes, Sally Vasquez - 5 votes
(Region 1 includes the areas of Live Oak, North Bluffs, Hillcrest Park, Hasley Hills, and Williams Ranch.)
Region 2 - Abigail DeSesa - (ran unopposed)
(Region 2 is the area of Val Verde.)
Region 3 - Daniel Polo - (ran unopposed)
(Region 3 includes the areas of Hasley, Sloan, Romero and Villa Canyons.)
Region 4 - Darcy Stinson - (ran unopposed)
(Region 4 includes the areas of Meadowood, Bravo/Encore, and Castaic east of the I-5 fwy. & south of Lake Hughes Road.)
Region 5 - Mohammed Sabbah - (ran unopposed)
(Region 5 includes the areas of Double C Ranch, Hidden Lake, Stonegate, Northlake, and Castaic east of the I-5 fwy. & north of Lake Hughes Road.)

Who We Are
The town council is a non-profit 501c3 volunteer advisory board representing the community of Castaic working alongside the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and various County Departments such as Public Safety, Regional Planning, and Parks & Recreation. The Castaic Area Town Council is comprised of 10 (ten) elected representatives from 5 (five) regions, within unincorporated Castaic. Elections are held every 2 (two) years, with a 4 (four) year commitment. We address upcoming projects and infrastructure improvements ranging from community concerns to land use, and strategic planning for the Town of Castaic. Safety, Regional Planning, and Parks & Recreation. The Castaic Area Town Council is comprised of 10 (ten) elected representatives from 5 (five) regions, within unincorporated Castaic. Elections are held every 2 (two) years, with a 4 (four) year commitment.
